Blind spots

What the vocabulary could not describe. Published deliberately, because a codebook that never fails is a codebook nobody tested.

Every page was coded against a list of labels fixed before the full run. When something mattered but fitted no field, it went here — 1151 pages, about 14% of the corpus. This is the honest record of what a closed vocabulary costs.

A further 474 entries were discarded as noise: the literal string "none", bracket pairs, or a single label-shaped token where prose was asked for. They are counted here rather than quietly filtered, since the difference between "nothing to report" and "the field was misused" matters when you are judging whether a vocabulary fits. Full caveats.

A segment nobody planned for

The clearest named finding in this bucket is a group of users the founding meeting never discussed: Nigerians abroad who own farms at home. Their stated problem is not connectivity, credit or market access — it is trusting the person running the farm while they are on another continent, and finding others in the same position. They organised about it →

Codebook drift

Values on disk that the frozen vocabulary does not contain. These should be zero, because the vocabulary is enforced during generation rather than checked afterwards — and they are. Shown because an unmonitored invariant is not an invariant.
