This page is a long-running promotional thread where a single landowner ('Earthstorms') advertises free 4-year leases for annual food crops on 250 acres in Delta State. The majority of the activity consists of users responding to the ad by sharing email addresses, with the owner replying to confirm receipt or discuss land suitability, rather than a discussion of farming techniques or market prices.
Credibility signals:
naming farm size (250 acres, 100 acres)naming specific location (Ethiope West, Ogbomoso)citing experience ('in my experience')
“Your best bet will be to buy private land. Getting government land is not that straightforward in my experience.”
